1. What are your delivery times?

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (within the UK).
  • International Delivery: 7-10 business days, depending on the country.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. What size should I order?

  • We will provide the products sizing on the product page, so it is essential that you check to ensure that you are satisfied with the size of your product is. 
  • If you’re unsure, we recommend ordering your usual size. For more specific advice, feel free to contact our customer support team!

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or product, you can return the original order and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Return Process: Simply reach out to our support team for return instructions and to obtain a return shipping label.

4. How do I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, we begin processing and shipping, making cancellations more difficult.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.

5. How do I get a refund?

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Unless our free shipping sale is on offer, we normally offer free standard shipping on orders over £15 (UK only). International shipping fees may apply.
